IS EVERYTHING REALLY 3D-PRINTED?

Yes. Every piece is designed by us and printed on our own machines in Ichalkaranji — nothing here is mass-manufactured or outsourced.

WHAT MATERIAL DO YOU USE?

Mostly PETG (tough, slightly flexible, good for everyday use) and PLA+ for finer detail pieces like the Freedom Series figures. Each product page lists its material.

WHY DO I SEE LINES ON THE SURFACE?

Those are layer lines from the printing process — they're not a defect. We consider them part of the handmade character of every piece.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?

In-stock drops ship within 48 hours. Made-to-order pieces are printed after you order and typically take 3–6 days before dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?

Yes — choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. We'll confirm your order on WhatsApp before it goes to print.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order ID — see our Returns & Replacement page. We'll reprint and reship, no drama.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE COLORS OR SIZES?

Message us on WhatsApp before ordering — many pieces can be adjusted since we control the whole print process ourselves.

DO YOU SHIP ACROSS INDIA?

Yes, nationwide. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch depending on your location.
